2025 Sessions Are Filling Up!
Some camper groups (i.e. cabins) are already filled for the 2025 season. We still encourage campers in these groups to apply! You will be added to the waitlist. Please review the sessions and cabins below to see which ones are already filled.
Additionally, our other cabins for all sessions are filling quickly. Enrollment changes quickly and often, so register soon!

We are currently FULL and waitlisting female-identified campers currently in grades 4-9 (entering grades 5-10 in the fall of 2025).
How to Apply using CampInTouch
CampInTouch is our secure application and registration system. It is hosted on a separate website that will open in a new window.
Before you begin:
Know that you must complete the registration process in one session. It should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. You will not be able to save and restart an online application later.
Have your credit card ready if paying online.
Know the session(s) you want to register for and be prepared to provide your camper’s CURRENT grade while registering.
If you are a returning family, please be sure to use the same email address that you have used in years past. If you need to change your email address, please login to your account and change your email address.
Apply with the Campanion App Instead
You can also apply for Camp via the Campanion app, using your same CampInTouch account. You can fill out forms, select payment methods, and save your progress to complete later:
Log in to the app using your CampInTouch Account login and password
Click on the registration option in the menu
Returning Families
Be sure to use the same email address as last year on the first screen of the application. When you click “Continue” you will be prompted to login to your existing account before proceeding.

How do I register more than one child?
After registering your first child and reaching the final “Application Submitted” screen, click the “Begin New Application” link. All the information for your first child will be saved as you begin the application for your next child.
Who is the primary parent/guardian?
The application will assign the person completing the online form as “Primary” parent/guardian and this person will have the main login for the account. You can add additional parent/guardian contact information and email addresses to the account, but the camp will consider the “Primary” person as the main point of contact by default. When creating your login and setting up your account, please include all custodial parents to accurately reflect your family’s household(s). All parents listed in Household 1 will receive communications from camp and access to forms, summer photos, and financial information. Parent 1 listed in Household 2 will also have access to forms and emails from camp, but will not have access to financial information.
How do I make payments for camp?
Payments may be made by Paper Check, E-check, or Credit Card. Registration must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of $350, per camper, per session. The balance of the fees is due in full by April 1, 2025.

What if I don’t receive an email confirmation?
Please note that communications sent from or through CampInTouch to Gmail email addresses often get filtered to a spam folder. Please check your spam folder following registration if you do not receive a confirmation of enrollment. If you still have not received an email, please contact us.
